1. Ebola deaths mount in Sierra Leone and Liberia

(While MSM articles have not dared speak openly about the causes of the spread of this disease, they occasionally have said that for religious reasons, people are being buried in a way that spreads the disease as well as certain religious customs make it more difficult to treat people or access sick people etc. I think we know what this means)

High numbers of new cases of the Ebola virus are being reported in Sierra Leone and Liberia, with 19 deaths over three days this week, the UN’s World Health Organization (WHO) says.

Such figures showed that it was a race against time to control the epidemic in Sierra Leone, medical charity MSF said.

In total there have been 539 deaths in West Africa since the outbreak began in neighbouring Guinea in February.

2Uganda: Christians burn mosque in retaliation to attacks by suspected Muslim terrorists

(I wonder why it doesn’t read, ‘suspected Christians burn mosques….)

A group of Christians in Uganda set fire to a mosque which they suspected was being used by Islamist extremist as a base to attack their church, leading to clashes that have seen more than 200 people fleeing their homes.

Two worshipers attending a night church service at a Pentecostal church in Kyegegwa district, 250km west of the capital Kampala, were killed on Friday in what police say is a suspected terrorist attack.

3. France to confiscate passports of Syria travellers

(This is the worst possible strategy. Only the most fascist ideologies on Earth eliminate the right of exit. Naziism, communism and Islam [Apostasy laws are a refusal of right of exit just not geographical] and free Western nations must never stop people from leaving for any reason. We may judge their actions while away and refuse re-admitance or even arrest them for crimes they commit while away as Canada does with pedophiles who travel to Thailand etc. for child-sex tours. But we must never stop people from leaving. This is a bail basic right of a free state)

Belgium, France, Germany, the UK, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden and the Netherlands have adopted a plan to identify people travelling to the war zone and to track them on their return.

World Bulletin / News Desk

The French government is trying to push forward six-month travel bans to stop citizens travelling to Syria and Iraq and participating in the wars there, claiming that currently two or three citizens leave France every day to join the fight.

6. Australian Beaten for Wearing IDF T-Shirt

Attackers Spew Anti-Semitic Hate in Melbourne

A Melbourne, Australia man wearing an IDF t-shirt said two Arabic-speaking men assaulted him on the street.

Zachary Gomo told JTA he was walking to a shop around 10 P.M. in a Jewish neighborhood on Thursday night wearing a T-shirt from his service in the Israel Defense Forces when he claims he was set upon by two young men.

“I noticed them when it was too late, they jumped on me, started punching, screaming Kalb Yehud (Jewish dog), Alla hu Akbar (Allah is the greatest) and something about Gaza in Arabic,” Gomo said.

“One of them tried to pull me to the ground, I started fighting and punching back,” he recalled. “I grabbed one of them by the throat and screamed at them, cursing in Arabic as well. This shocked them, they ran off.”

Thank you M, Richard, Yucki, Buck and many FB friends. More to come including soon I hope, an interesting new Bill Warner video.

  1. IRAQ – Gunmen kill 25 women in Baghdad prostitution raid

Writing left on the door of one of the buildings read: ‘this is the fate of any prostitution’

Gunmen killed 25 women when they stormed two buildings in a residential Baghdad compound reputedly used for prostitution.

“Twenty-five women were killed and eight people wounded, among them four men, when gunmen stormed two buildings in a residential compound in Zayouna in east Baghdad,” an interior ministry official told AFP.

A senior police officer, who said the attackers used silenced weapons, gave the same death toll but reported 11 wounded.

“Unidentified gunmen stormed building number 43 in Zayouna, killing 10 women and wounding five. They also stormed building number 44, where they killed 15 women and wounded six men,” a police colonel said, speaking on condition of anonymity.

“When we walked up the stairs, we saw a couple of women’s bodies and blood streaming down the stairs. We entered a flat and found bodies everywhere, some lying on the sofa, some on the ground, and one woman who apparently had tried to hide in a cupboard in the kitchen shot to death there.”

BBC – Iraq: Gunmen kill ‘at least 29’ in attack in Baghdad

Gunmen have stormed two buildings in the Iraqi capital, killing at least 29 people, officials say. At least 20 of those killed were said to be women.

The attack took place late on Saturday in the neighbourhood of Zayouna in east Baghdad, police said. One officer said he “found bodies everywhere”.

The motive for the killings is not clear. No group has said it carried out the attack.

Reports said the two buildings were suspected to be brothels.

Writing left on the door of one of the buildings read: “This is the fate of any prostitution,” AFP news agency reports.

Locals in Zayouna have accused Shia militias of killing women thought to be prostitutes, Reuters news agency reported. The neighbourhood is a mixed district of Sunni and Shia Muslims.

A brothel in Zayouna was attacked in May 2013, with seven women and five men shot dead.

  2. I’m sick of “restraint” and “proportionality”. Have been for a long time. Pride in “precision-targeting” is a fetish that’s taken the place of “credible deterrence,” That has cost lives, will cost more. For both sides.

However much Bibi crawls on his hands and knees, haters will continue to hate. Apologies, justification, no sacrifice can appease juden-hass. It’s bred in the bone, it’s in the DNA. Bibi’s been blinded by his love of America. His foreign minister adores everything European.

Losing the true friendship of the United States is simply crushing for Israelis (and Japanese, so they say). When I said that to my Sikh friend, he said, “but the people in the United States love Israel!”

Sadly, we the people of the USA can’t even protect ourselves. The MUG – military, university, government- has fallen into enemy hands. Eventually there’ll be a bloody reckoning; meanwhile, America’s traditional allies will suffer and may go down.

    This article spells it out:
    The ruinous results of restraint

Israel can no longer enable its citizens to “live normal lives” without retaking Gaza. “Restraint” and “proportionality” have so degraded its deterrence that it can no longer dissuade enemies from attacking almost at will.

    • Finally someone else who sees that I have seen for a long time, we in the west have become too civilized, we are so worried about what other people think we are willing to let our enemies kill us rather then defend ourselves properly.

      • Pathological.
I put a link in one of the late threads yesterday about something like “Netanyahu finally speaks his mind.”

It’s the first post-ISIS/-IS statement. There is no 2-state solution.

  3. Beyond me why anyone would expect rock musicians to know anything about anything except their trade, and the business end of it, if they’ve got more than one grey cell to rub against another. With rare exceptions, they’re a self-absorbed, irresponsible, intellectually lazy breed, and their vapid lyrics have taken the place of literature for generations of otherwise utterly culturally illiterate fans, confining them to the shallow end of the pool where such time as they can spare to look below the surface of things is spent awing themselves with the ‘deep meanings’ they find in their favourite songs. Of course the music is all about feeling, not thought, but then why pay any attention to a rock star’s thoughts?

    Doctor doctor!
    I’m in bed
    Achin’ head
    Gold is lead
    Choke on bread
    Underfed
    Gold is lead
    Jesus bled
    Pain is red
    Are goon
    Grow go
    Greasy spoon
    You swoon
    June bloom

‘The song’s title,’ says Wikipedia, ‘is a reference to John 5:8—”Jesus saith unto him, Rise, take up thy bed, and walk”’. Who knew. ‘Music seems to help the pain / Seems to cultivate the brain….’

    • Why should anyone think that because you are a successful actor you are knowledgeable about anything other then entertainment? We have made heroes out of people who know nothing about how politics, the economy, the environment or war (to name a few) works but we pay attention when they speak and many will blindly follow them.
