1. Ministers ‘given Trojan Horse schools warning in 2010’

(Something must have put the fear of Zeus into the BBC. Occasionally they are reporting something true now)

The Department for Education was warned in 2010 that Muslim hardliners were trying to take control of Birmingham schools, a head teacher has claimed.

Tim Boyes, head of Queensbridge School, said he warned ministers three years before a letter alleging a “Trojan Horse” plot was sent to the council.

He said he described a “bloodless coup” at one school and “an alliance to destabilise the head” at another.

2. A chilling message from the cartels: Billboards with hanging mannequins warning cops to choose ‘silver over lead’ appear in Texas

(Not Islam related other than the Hizballah connections the Cartels have, but geopolitically highly significant)

By Meghan Keneally

Two frightening incidents of vandalism in El Paso near the Mexican border in Texas have been interpreted as warnings from drug cartels.

In both instances, a mannequin wearing a suit and tie was tied to a billboard with a noose and messages were scrawled over the placards.

Local station KHOU reports that one of the signs reads ‘Plata o Plombo’ which translates to ‘silver or lead’, a threat used commonly against police officers effectively warning that if they do not accept the cartel’s bribes then they will be shot.

3. Bus-ted: Hajj Amin el-Husseini’s Canonical Islamic Jew-Hatred

Kudos to Pamela Geller for her new bus advertisement campaign countering the relentless, defamatory propaganda jihad against Israel. Ms. Geller’s latest effort introduces the general public to the Islam in Islamic Jew-hatred via one of its major 20th century avatars: the ex-Mufti of Jerusalem, prototype Palestinian Muslim jihadist, and longstanding Nazi collaborator, Hajj Amin el-Husseini (b. 1895-97; d. 1974).

4. Syria United States Arming the Rebels in Qatar Frontline Documentry

Thank you Richard, UK Pete, Andrew Bostom, M, and all. More to come. I will be slowing down a bit for a short while. I need to slow down a bit I think so I will ask all of you great people who have been so good about posting links to really keep doing that in the comments. I may even do null posts with a date on them so that everyone who contributes important links and stories illustrating the nature of this new reality has a recent space to do it in. Thanks again everyone/

  1. Meab=nwhile in Switzerland

Muslim children should be educated according to Islam and taught Arabic and the Quran outside home, too – in this way strengthening the togetherness of the Islamic community”. These were the reasons given by the association «Al Huda» (the right path) when filing a request for an Islamic kindergarten in Volketswil. This would have been the first of its kind in Switzerland. But (the authorities in) the canton of Zürich refused to issue the permit: (SRF)

  3. Niger sees first slavery conviction over “fifth wife” (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27611802

A man has been sentenced to four years in jail in Niger in the first ever conviction for slavery in the country. The pressure group Anti-Slavery International told the BBC the 63-year-old man was convicted of having what is known as a “fifth wife”.

Men in Niger are allowed to have four wives under a local interpretation of Islamic law. With a “fifth wife”, no marriage takes place and the woman is treated solely as property.

Niger officially banned slavery in 2003 but anti-slavery organisations say thousands of people still live in subjugation. The conviction took place in the town of Birnin Konni in south-west Niger, close to the border with Nigeria.

Anti-Slavery International says “fifth wives” are often girls of slave descent sold to wealthy men who view the purchase of young women as a sign of prestige. The women face a lifetime of physical and psychological abuse and forced labour, the group says.

The case was taken to court by Anti-Slavery’s partners in Niger, Timidria. Sarah Mathewson, Africa Programme Co-ordinator at Anti-Slavery International, said it was “incredible” to achieve a conviction….”

  4. Rogue Libya general’s forces bomb Islamist camp (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27610768

“Libyan forces loyal to a renegade general have bombed government-funded Islamist militia in the eastern city of Benghazi. Witnesses say aircraft targeted a base of the February 17th Brigade, one of the main armed groups in the area.

General Khalifa Haftar, a former army chief of staff under Col Muammar Gaddafi, has launched several recent attacks in Benghazi and Tripoli. He accuses the government of supporting terrorism, which the authorities deny.

Gen Haftar’s actions have been backed by an array of armed groups, including military forces in the east as well as some members of the air force. The central government has called his assault an “attempted coup”, but some government officials say they back the operation….”

  5. Four policemen killed in attack on Tunisian minister’s home (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27599299

“Gunmen have killed four policeman in Tunisia in an attack on the home of a government minister, officials say. The interior ministry said Lotfi Ben Jeddou was not at his home during the attack in the western Kasserine region.

It is unclear who was behind the attack but correspondents say Tunisia’s military have been fighting Islamist militants for several years. The militant group Ansar al-Sharia was branded a terrorist organisation by the government last year.

“Four police officers were killed and another injured during a terrorist attack with Kalashnikov rifles that targeted the home of the interior minister,” a spokesman told the AFP news agency.

One local resident said the gunmen were wearing balaclavas and arrived on a pick-up truck.

Ansar al-Sharia emerged after the 2011 revolution and seeks the implementation of Islamic Sharia law across Tunisia….”

  6. US tells its citizens to leave Libya amid unrest (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27599301

“The US state department has warned any American citizens in Libya to leave the country immediately. It said the situation in the country remained unpredictable and unstable.

On Tuesday, the US said it was sending a warship carrying around 1,000 marines to the region for any possible evacuation of American officials. Concern over the situation in Libya has increased after a renegade general launched an assault against Islamist militias in Benghazi.

Gen Khalifa Haftar last week urged the judiciary to appoint a crisis government to oversee new elections after accusing Libya’s leaders of “fostering terrorism”. Dozens of state bodies have pledged their support for Gen Haftar.

But the government called his assault an “attempted coup” and ordered the arrest of those taking part. The unstable situation has led the US to call for its citizens to leave the troubled country as soon as possible….”

  7. Spain’s Melilla enclave stormed by migrants (BBC/video, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27602013

“At least 1,000 migrants have tried to storm the border fence between Morocco and the Spanish enclave of Melilla, officials say. Some 400 migrants – from sub-Saharan African countries – are thought to have successfully scaled the fence, which divides Africa from Europe.

Melilla is a major crossing point for those seeking work or asylum in Europe. On numerous occasions in recent months, large groups have attempted to storm the 6m-high (19ft) border fence…”

  8. CAR Seleka rebels kill many in Bangui church attack (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-africa-27614401

“At least 11 people have been killed in an attack on a church in the Central African Republic. Eyewitnesses said members of the Seleka militia group threw grenades before shooting indiscriminately at the Church of Fatima in the capital Bangui.

The mostly Muslim Seleka rebels have been involved in heavy fighting with mainly Christian fighters in the anti-balaka militia since March 2013. The conflict has displaced about 25% of CAR’s 4.6 million population. The attack on the church followed hours of fighting in the PK5 neighborhood of Bangui.

Eyewitnesses said those inside the Catholic church were seeking shelter from the clashes. The priest of the church, Jonas Bekas, told Reuters that the death toll would probably rise because there were so many wounded…”

Pakistan violence: Mehsud faction walks out of Taliban (BBC, May 28, 2014)
    http://www.bbc.com/news/world-asia-27605651

“A split has emerged in the Pakistani Taliban after the major Mehsud faction walked out, saying the group leaders’ tactics were “un-Islamic”. It is the first major rift in Pakistani Taliban ranks since 2007 when the umbrella group was first formed.

Analysts say the split may help advance peace talks with the government. Tens of thousands of people have died in militant attacks in Pakistan in the last seven years, most of them claimed by the Taliban.

The rift comes after over a month of infighting in which dozens of fighters from the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) were killed. The powerful faction comprising militants from the Mehsud tribe – the core around which regional militant groups initially gravitated to form the TTP – said it was forming its own separate group called Tehrik Taliban South Waziristan.

A spokesman for the new group, Azam Tariq Mehsud, told reporters the decision to part ways with the TTP was made when efforts to persuade the TTP leadership to give up practices which were “contrary to Islam” failed….”

  12. Camps dismantled after French police standoff with migrants in Calais (CNN, May 28, 2014)
    http://edition.cnn.com/2014/05/28/world/europe/france-migrants/index.html

“Police in northern France moved in Wednesday on makeshift migrant camps near the port of Calais, prompting a standoff with the defiant residents — many of whom have fled conflicts in Syria, Sudan and Eritrea. By late afternoon, a CNN producer observed that the migrants’ tents had all been destroyed. One activist told CNN police were responsible. About a dozen police officers remained, along with 50 to 60 migrants who didn’t know where to go.

A local prefect reportedly told the migrants they can stay at the camp until Thursday. But Thursday is Ascension Day, a public holiday, so it’s not clear if the migrants will be cleared out before Friday. Hundreds of migrants had gathered in the ramshackle camps, some seeking to claim asylum in France and others hoping to find a way to reach British soil…”

  13. Frontline Documentry:

The Clinton’s were much smarter when they faked a genocide to get NATO involved directly to help Al Quada. bin Laden was confirmed to be working with the KLA.

  14. What are we to make of this “Frontline” documentary above (last video in Eeyore’s post?

They are still peddling the lie that it is “Assad’s Regime” which is gassing the children of Syria – that has been discredited ages ago – it’s the vermin euphemistically named “Rebels” who did that.

    http://littlenotesfromparis.blogspot.com.au/2013/09/who-gassed-children-of-syria.html

What I see is that it is Obama and his Muslim Brotherhood White House “advisors” who are truly behind this Syrian disaster; if they obviously want it to continue – as this video seems to suggest – then they most probably have started it.

Assad, as dictatorial as he may be, is at least not an islamist – whereas Obama seems to be very helpful – all over the place – with the “installation” of islamic regimes.

Again, my rule of thumb is: Look first at the side Obama is supporting, that’s where the baddies are. And then chose your side.

  15. #2 The political significance is very large, Texas is still very much a state made up of rugged individualists, their reaction will probably be very different from what the cartels expect.

Obama is going to side with the jihadists every time, and the MSM is going to cover for him, Clinton was smarter or less arrogant the Obama but both helped the enemies of the US, Clinton to further the leftist cause, Obama to further the Islamist cause.

The US and Britain have been down before, and in many ways we have been this far down before and still triumphed. If we continue to resist we will triumph once again.

  16. IF – or When – there’s a break, say the next atrocity, or Obm comes out of the Kaaba-closet as the Mohammedan he’s been all along –

AND – Someone sharp, with media-savvy & money behind him – picks up the ball and runs with it –
THEN – the media will grab hold & stay.
    ————
POTUS & wife have disappointed their flacks. I’ll bet they’d turn on them like starving dogs if given the right signals.

  17. Yucki you can see the beginnings of that with the media sucking up to Hillary so hard.
