Similarly, here the State Department official, apparently Robert Jackson, flatly asserts that Boko Haram’s philosophy is not Muslim, but doesn’t support his claim. It would be refreshing to see it supported for once, but don’t hold your breath.

  4. LIBYA – Bengahzi – Friday May 16 2014 – At least 13 dead in Benghazi clashes: Hospitals

    At least 13 people were killed and around 100 wounded in fierce clashes Friday in eastern Libya between a group led by a rogue ex-general and Islamists militants, hospitals said.

    The figures were tallied by AFP based on tolls from three hospitals in and around Benghazi, where forces loyal to former rebel chief, retired general Khalifa Haftar, fought pitched battles with Islamists.

    Things the casual watcher of these videos we translate (there are many more that should be made available to the english speaking world, but time is soooooo short and we are soooooo few – until further notice) might not be aware of:

    The whole political, media, academic and assorted leftist brown-nosers combine to make a very nasty and powerful Goliath against whom this David fights a – hopefully not losing battle.

    eg:
    The corrupt judiciary persecutes him with trumped up charges

    – the politicians in the Munich town-hall, pockets literally full of smelly Qatar/Emirates moneys try to get him every which way by
    -having 4 of his bank accounts closed,
    -having him and his party members banned from just about every Pub in Munich (an integral part of German traditions is to meet at the pub, and members of his party are far from being unruly
    – they tried to shut him up by imposing a time limit (10 minutes) to his speeches, and by forcing him to keep under a certain number of decibels (if that’s the word). The consequence of this is that now his hecklers, mostly islamic and leftist thugs can drown out his speeches with whistles etc. and it makes the videos quite unpleasant to listen to.
    -No-one of his party is allowed to film the mob and their attacks (e.g. broken reading glasses, shoes thrown etc.)
    -National News-Papers defame him, with “Nazi Schwein” being one of the milder names he gets.
    – and then, of course, the incessant death threats he gets.

    That in the face of such persistent, powerful persecution, he still persists in trying to get a referendum which ‘might’ prevent the building of a gigantic Mega Mosque (they want it to be the biggest in Europe) in the heart of Munich, at the Stachus (he needs, I think 40,000 signatures of Munich Residents with a German or EU citizenship and has so far collected over 30,000) makes him a Hero in my eyes.

  19. Saudi ‘considering’ sanctions over Netherlands Wilders Islam insult: The Hague

    Saudi Arabia is “considering” sanctions against the Netherlands after an anti-Islamic stunt by far-right politician Geert Wilders, the Dutch foreign ministry said on Saturday.

    In November, the anti-Islamic lawmaker printed stickers imitating the Saudi flag, replacing its text, which normally reads “There is no god but Allah and Muhammad is the messenger of Allah” with “Islam is a lie, Muhammad a criminal, the Koran is poison”.

    The Dutch foreign ministry told AFP on Saturday that Saudi Arabia feels “insulted” by Wilders and is considering sanctions.

    “We have indications that show that Saudi Arabia is considering commercial measures against the Netherlands,” said spokesman Friso Wijnen.

    He did not give further details.

    I watch all his videos in German (too may to translate) he speaks and collects signatures every week-end. And as he is articulately pro-Israel I often hear insults like “the Jews pay you”…”you are a dirty Jew” etc. etc. and: puke-inducingly-etc.
    I really actually fear for his security and hope he will not be another VanGogh. 🙁

    Whenever I can I twitter posts from here. Sometimes tho, when I want to lift out one especially – I go to your source like in your post: THE UNIVERSITIES SELLING HALAL IN SECRET and twitter that one.
    This prevents me from ‘hat-tipping’ indirectly you or Vlad etc. But someone wise told me once: “A soldier does not need to sign his bullets”. And you, dear Martin, are a soldier of the very best kind, if I may say so without sounding patronising.

    Those clips of the Danish Iranian artist are fabulous! Flogging the Quran was my favorite until the “prayer”. I literally lol-ed.

    Such brave people are astonishing. She’s in my prayers, along with Geert Wilders and Michael Stürzenberger.
