Child rape in Pakistan. More cultural than criminal?

    “Fighting broke out Friday in parts of the eastern Libyan city of Benghazi, residents there told CNN, as Libyan media reported an apparent military operation targeting militants.

    CNN affiliate Libya Awalan TV aired what it said were exclusive pictures of a military action described as an offensive — led by a formerly exiled military commander — to clear the city of extremist groups.

    The scope of the operation and information on whether it was sanctioned by Libya’s central government weren’t immediately clear.

    Military forces entered the city Friday morning, and scattered clashes continued in the afternoon as jets circled overhead, residents said…”

    “Four people were killed in two explosions in central Nairobi, the Kenya national disaster operation center said Friday via Twitter. Casualties were reported at the Gikomba market, and ambulances evacuated people, the Kenyan Red Cross said.

    The two explosions were reported, the first one was on a public minibus and the second one was at the Gikomba market, the center said. Kenyan President Uhuru Kenyatta expressed his sympathy to those affected by the blasts, the Ministry said via Twitter.”

  3. I thought child rape was part of the Arabic culture and spread to the rest of the Islamic world from there.
