  1. A lot of retired officers think that Obama is building a constabulary that will then take over all police work in the US. From my talks with people at the VA they aren’t the only ones who are worried about the prospect.

  2. So many strands of horror wrapped around the Marathon Bombing, what the colonel describes was central to the enduring trauma.

It felt like the Army had taken-over. There were repeated robo-call orders from the police, “Stay indoors, You are Ordered to Shelter in Place.” Shelter-in-Place?

The time frame is still confusing, but it started Monday & orders were not rescinded until the shoot-out ended Friday night. A home heath worker from Russia tried to go to her disabled client. She was stopped immediately, told to go back indoors. Flak jackets & tanks were plenty convincing to her.

  3. They already have their intel the NSA = National Stasi Agency, now they are building a Volkspoliezi or peoples police.

  4. Frank, it’s ready to roll right now. Inexperienced flak-jacket-wearers are scared, they’re heavy-handed. De facto martial law shuts down the city for a week.
