Saudi preacher gets off light for raping, killing daughter

In one of the excellent briefs on Islam and its intentions for the world, Stephen Coughlin explains the concept of ‘killing with no retribution’ , what we refer to as, ‘honour killings’, as detailed in ‘The Reliance of the Traveller’, the most authoritative book on sharia law currently available.

Here is one example of how it works from the KSA.

Ahram:

A Saudi preacher who raped his five-year-old daughter and tortured her to death has been sentenced to pay “blood money” to the mother after having served a short jail term, activists said on Saturday.

Lamia al-Ghamdi was admitted to hospital on December 25, 2011 with multiple injuries, including a crushed skull, broken ribs and left arm, extensive bruising and burns, the activists said. She died last October 22.

Fayhan al-Ghamdi, an Islamic preacher and regular guest on Muslim television networks, confessed to having used cables and a cane to inflict the injuries, the activists from the group “Women to Drive” said in a statement.

They said the father had doubted Lama’s virginity and had her checked up by a medic.

Randa al-Kaleeb, a social worker from the hospital where Lama was admitted, said the girl’s back was broken and that she had been raped “everywhere”, according to the group.

According to the victim’s mother, hospital staff told her that her “child’s rectum had been torn open and the abuser had attempted to burn it closed.”

  1. Bring back trial by combat…. Meanwhile as I have said before – Saudi Arabia is a rogue state, a major source of funding for Jihad. Steps must be taken to address this unashamed centre of evil.

One of the most horrific crimes imaginable, the rape of a five-year old girl, and not just any rape , but a particularly brutal one that which culminates in her death. To make it worse the rapist is her own father, oh and yes, he;s a preacher too!
So where’s the outcry? Lesser crimes have been treated with far more public rage than this.
Leftist do-gooders are always harping on about paedophiles, and Gary Glitter and Jimmy Saville are the most evil men that have ever lived according to most of these people and what they did doesn’t even compare to this.
Why is this not headline news on every major TV channel in the World? This is a holy man. He deserves worse vilification than any Roman Catholic priest who ever molested a child. What do the Saudis think of it? The entire Kingdom must be in shock!
Oh, yes, I forgot. This is Islam. The culprit has to pay a fine after being in prison for a bit.
Funny isn’t it that there are some people (Leftists, journalists, politicians) who claim that the United States and Israel are the most evil nations in the World? Believe me, they’re not quiet about it either!
But when stuff happens in Muslim countries – not a peep from these same people.
Yes, funny isn’t it? Funny indeed, but yet strangely enough I’m not laughing!
