A Victoria’s Secret shop assistant was scarred for life when a mysterious figure wearing a niqab threw acid in her face as she walked home from work.
Naomi Oni, 20, was left with severe burns on her head, neck, arms, legs and body after she was attacked in Dagenham, east London.
She has spent the past month having skin grafts and almost went blind, although she has now recovered her vision in her left eye and has partial sight in her right.

Her attacker was dressed like a Muslim woman in a niqab, so Ms Oni could not see their face. Police have no idea who was responsible for the vicious attack, or why they did it.
The most cowardly of attacks – all criminals who indulge in this sort of behaviour should have acid thrown in their faces!
I sincerely hope that they catch the bitch / bastard who did this!
Muslims never seem to run out of horrible sneaky underhanded ways of imposing their will on the rest of us. It only takes a few attacks like this to send the message that, if you cross Islam, a masked fanatic might appear and throw acid in your face or slit your throat or set off a bomb. And if they catch the person who did it? Who cares, it’s just another expendable fanatic chanting “Allahu Akbar”. They do not care about their own people. The more Islam we have in the West, the worse things are going to get…
They are masters of terror, this goes back to the society of assassins who scared Moslem monarchs into doing things the way the way the assassins wanted.

Saudi preacher who raped and tortured to death five-year-old girl is ordered by court to pay ‘blood money’ to mother after having served short jail term
A Saudi preacher who raped his five-year-old daughter and tortured her to death has been sentenced to pay “blood money” to the mother after having served a short jail term, activists said on Saturday.
Lamia al-Ghamdi was admitted to hospital on December 25, 2011 with multiple injuries, including a crushed skull, broken ribs and left arm, extensive bruising and burns, the activists said. She died last October 22.
Fayhan al-Ghamdi, an Islamic preacher and regular guest on Muslim television networks, confessed to having used cables and a cane to inflict the injuries, the activists from the group “Women to Drive” said in a statement.
They said the father had doubted Lama’s virginity and had her checked up by a medic.
Randa al-Kaleeb, a social worker from the hospital where Lama was admitted, said the girl’s back was broken and that she had been raped “everywhere”, according to the group.
According to the victim’s mother, hospital staff told her that her “child’s rectum had been torn open and the abuser had attempted to burn it closed.”
The activists said that the judge had ruled the prosecution could only seek “blood money (compensation for the next of kin under Islamic law) and the time the defendant had served in prison since Lama’s death suffices as punishment.”
Three Saudi activists, including Manal al-Sharif, have raised objections to the ruling.
The ruling is based on Islamic laws that a father cannot be executed for murdering his children, nor can husbands be executed for murdering their wives, activists said.
