From accusation straight to execution…

Suspected of burning a copy of the Islamic Qur’an, an unidentified man was forcibly removed from his jail cell by vigilantes, then burned alive by the same mob in the village of Seeta in Pakistan‘s southern Sindh province as reported by The Times of India on 22 Dec, 2012.

Described only as “a traveller,” the man spent the night in the local mosque according to the town’s spiritual leader, Imam Maulvi Memon

  1. Burning a inanimate copy of the Koran haram. Killing a helpless outnumbered living being over that burned book that he may have not even have done in the most cruel matter halal. The Religion of Peace has a picture of the incident. The man was savagely beaten by 70 people before being burnt alive.

  2. Mohammad forbids burning the enemies of Islam, that is reserved for Allahs pleasure. I suspect Mo thought it might one day be his fate and having indulged in it early in his religion building, he decided to frown upon it later. Of course Muslims don’t always follow Mo in everything all the time, why, look at Catholics who used to eat hot dogs at Friday Birthday Parties.
