“The day Egyptians…feel you are against them, you will be wiped off the face of the Earth.” — Dr. Wagdi Goneim

Mohammed MorsiEgyptian President and Islamist Mohammed MorsiIslamic leaders continue to portray the popular protests against President Morsi and his recently passed Sharia-heavy constitution as products of Egypt’s Christians. Recently, Muslim Brotherhood leader Safwat Hegazy said in an open rally, as captured on video:

A message to the church of Egypt, from an Egyptian Muslim: I tell the church — by Allah, and again, by Allah — if you conspire and unite with the remnants [opposition] to bring Morsi down, that will be another matter…. our red line is the legitimacy of Dr. Muhammad Morsi. Whoever splashes water on it, we will splash blood on him.”

More recently, Dr. Wagdi Ghoneim — who earlier praised Allah for the death of the late Coptic Pope Shenouda, cursing him to hell and damnation on video — made another video, entitled, “A Notice and Warning to the Crusaders in Egypt,” a reference to the nation’s Copts, which he began by saying, “You are playing with fire in Egypt, I swear, the first people to be burned by the fire are you [Copts].” The video was made in the context of the Tahrir protests against Morsi: Islamic leaders, such as Hegazy and Ghoneim, seek to portray the Copts as dominant elements in those protests; according to them, no real Muslim would participate. Ghoneim even went on to say that most of the people at the protests were Copts, “and we know you hid your [wrist] crosses by lowering your sleeves.”

The heart of Ghoneim’s message was genocidal: “The day Egyptians — and I don’t even mean the Muslim Brotherhood or Salafis, regular Egyptians — feel that you are against them, you will be wiped off the face of the earth. I’m warning you now: do not play with fire!”

  1. Does anyone remember that Egypt was a wholly Coptic Christian country before the muslim invastion that happened over a few generations only. I wonder if the politicians (I refuse to call them “leaders”) are aware of that? If they were, they would know that what is happening to their countries is a replay.

Oh, and for the rampant islamist infections that are happening now in Egypt and neighbouring countries, I blame Obama!

  2. Rita the Moslem invasion took place in the 7th Century, not a few generations ago, although the Copts were the majority in the nation as late as the 1500s.

No most politicians don’t know that all Islamic nations are Islamic because of military conquest, a military conquest they will start again once the Caliphate is reformed.

  3. Richard. 2 small points. She said “over a few generations”, not “a few generations ago”.

And I don’t think they are waiting for a caliphate. The military conquest has started in Africa and they are engaging in preliminary conquest activities everywhere else to soften us up in many ways.

They are incapable of actual streightforward military confrontation with us and always will be, madi or no. So what will they do? They will do just what they are doing now. Using terrorism to pressure us to do what they want – and causing and supporting islamic insurrections in countries that don’t have the ability to put them down.

What will things look like when the Madi returns? They will look exactly the way they do now.

And not for nothing but the head of the OIC is essentially/technically a madi or sultan of sultans or whatnot – whatever the term is it’s what they say they need before they can start offensive jihad. They keep saying they are waiting for the return of that guy but who’s to say that’s not hogwash for our consumption?

  4. Truthiocity Sorry I misread the comment, however I will still say that the conquest took place faster then that in most locations, yes there were some coastal towns that held out until well after the crusades but for the most part all of North Africa was conquered in less then 50 years.

Can they have a direct military confrontation with us, not at the present moment, but if China and Japan start fighting the US (a very broke US) will be sucked into the war because of our mutual defense treaties with Japan, South Korea and the Philippines. That would give the Moslems time to attack a mostly disarmed Europe and use slave labor in the conquered factories. They could build a build a fairly effective short term military. It wouldn’t last long against any large Western military but it would suffice to fight an asymmetric war in the conquered nations.

Will the above happen? I don’t know, it is the worst case scenario, but Obama has driven the US bankrupt and China is in worse shape and looking for foreign military adventures to treasure to loot as well as using the war to bleed off excess male population. Japan is aging even thought they are working on rearming to stand up to China. The Philippines are not unified enough to pose a major military threat to China unless we are leading them. The Philippines remember the Japanese occupation and want someone else leading them to avoid another occupation.

  5. The same arrogant triumphalist expression on the Morsi face as permanently on the Obama face. Apparently he was freed by mozlem brotherhood while in jail, during the riots of the Arab uprising last year. I wonder if the UK will act “democratically” and free a criminal from prison and then stack the votes so he is “elected”, next time…no doubt Obama could arrange it if Cameron does not do as he is told

  6. Obama and his people are experts on fixing elections, if they were just content to steal money rather then destroy the country things would be a lot better.
