The Taliban murdered five women polio health workers in a series of attacks in Pakistan today.

The victims were shot in the head at close range, two of them as they administered vaccine drops to young children.

The killings halted a polio campaign that international health officials say is vital to contain the crippling disease but which the Taliban claim is a cover for US spies.

  1. Softly Bob says:

If they’re crippled from polio, they’re more dispensable when the cowardly Taliban wish to hide behind them and use them as shields. Crippled children can’t run away so fast.
    Taliban logic!

  2. OxAO says:

Crippled and mentally ill people are executed according to Sharia law. I am not sure how often this is administered though.

  3. To say this latest act by the Taliban infuriates me would be a gross understatement… To eradicate the Taliban vermin, put a $50,000 bounty on the head of every male member, dead not alive… Payable to anyone soldier, civilian or mercenary…

  4. Richard says:

Did they kill them because they were using western medicine, or because they were women, or a combination of the two?

  5. Eeyore says:

I think its a way for the taliban to show how deep their hatred is for all things other than their own islam. That they will knowingly cripple their own children just to interfere with anything they deem as unislamic. Much like how Gazanians raise their children steeped in hatred and death lust for their enemies as well as for themselves as a kind of macabre cabaret of hate.

As you know, the civilized world has not faced an entity as alien as this since the Nazis and even the Nazis had more in common with Western civilization by orders of magnitude than orthodox Islam. So we just don’t get it. It is easier for many to be apologists for Islam, vilifying its critics as racists than to open their minds to the perversity and warped evil that is islam and in a way, I can’t blame them for that. But in another way the hour grows too late to be too forgiving as well to its useful idiots.

Our job is to smother Western people in a wet blanket of facts about Islam, even facts that have been watered down by Frankfurt school PC’ness till nice, left of center, average people no longer are able to believe that Islam is, ‘the religion of peace’.

Then other people with other jobs might actually begin to deal with the problem and save civilization from another thousand years of barbarian darkness.

  6. Richard says:

I hope we manage to keep civilization alive, right now I am pessimistic.
